This website includes an Order Form and Registration Form for use by customers in placing orders and requesting information.
Personal information (email, telephone, physical address of customer or gift recipient) provided is used for the purpose of fulfilling your order or providing further information not for other purposes.
Excepting that Vida Flores may from time to time email Vida Flores members special offers and news on new features and services available on our site.
You can of course opt out of any such communication by nominating to Opt Out.
Customer credit card details are used solely for the purpose of billing for goods and/or services rendered.
Delivery options and charges for goods delivered are clearly stated on the Order Form. The customer is responsible for the delivery option selected.

Making payment for your order
We accept the following Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and will be charged at the official daily credit card exchange rate at the time of purchase.
When exact flowers are not available
All items show are for general guideline purposes only. All efforts will be taken to duplicate bouquets and arrangements, however due to both seasonal and local availability of flowers we cannot guarantee the exact product shown. Therefore the florist may substitute one or more items to create your order. For special requirements such as colour and particular flowers please ensure you indicate your needs or contact Vida Flores directly to discuss in more detail.
GST included in quoted prices
GST (tax) New Zealand has a Goods & Service Tax of 15%. All prices quoted are GST inclusive.
Vida Flores exchange and returns policy
Vida Flores gifts excluding flowers may be exchanged for gifts of the same value, or where agreed with Vida Flores management for a Voucher.
Simply return the unwanted gift to our store at 12 McColl St, Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand within one week of purchase.
Returned goods must be unused and in re-saleable condition. Please note—floral gifts are perishable and are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Caring for your flowers from Vida Flores
Instructions on caring for your flowers are provided with each flower delivery.
- No need to transfer to a vase.
- Pop a little extra water into the container on delivery.
- Pouring into the middle of the flowers is best.
Flowers in wraps:
- Simply remove the water wrapping from the stems, re-cut stems and pop into a vase of water as soon as possible.
Displaying your flowers:
- Choose a vase best suited to the length and size of stems and flower heads so your display is well balanced.
Vida Flores Flower School and Studio Makers Terms and Conditions
We accept online bookings, you can call us on (09) 5235454 or come into our lovely store at 12 McColl Street, Newmarket, to book and pay. We are unable to reserve your space until full payment is made.

If you are unable to attend a class having booked and paid, we are unable to refund due to our intimate class sizes. Feel free to share the love, and give your class to a friend!
We have class size minimums, and in the rare case that we don’t have enough numbers, we may have to cancel the class. We do apologize and we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or can rebook into another class of the same value (within 12 months of the initial booking).
Vida Flores is not responsible for any theft or injury at our premises or in our classes.
By accepting a place on behalf of a child (under 18 years) you also accept that we are not responsible for any injury that may occur to your child at our premises or in our classes.
We occasionally post photos from our classes on social media, such as Facebook and Instagram. By accepting the terms and conditions you are confirming your acceptance to allow us to post photos of you. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed, or have photos of you shared.
We will respect and protect your privacy. Your personal information will not be used for any other purposes than for contacting or informing you about things related to Vida Flores. Your personal information will NEVER be passed on to third parties.
Your booking and payment for a class is considered to be acceptance of our Flower School and Studio Makers Terms and Conditions as outlined above.
If you are unable to attend a workshop as you have returned a positive covid test, please notify us within 24hours of the class start time and we will hold your class fee in credit to use on a future workshop. Or we encourage you to on gift it.
Vida Flores Career Course - Terms and Conditions
Vida Flores Career Courses operate under the Vida Flores Flower School, and all Flower School Terms and Conditions apply.
Vida Flores Career Courses are designed and run by Vida Flores. The certificate gained is not a centralised or recognised NZQA qualification. The Certificate gained is taught and assessed according to the Vida Flores syllabus, and encompasses those skills required for a person wanting to become a florist. We do not guarantee employment upon completion of the Vida Flores Flower School Career Course in Floristry.
Once payment has been made, we DO NOT REFUND any part of the Career Course fee of NZD$1495.00 should you decide not to complete part or, there of, the course, or should circumstances occur that prevent you from completing the course.
