Queenstown Floral Event - Natural Collection Floristry - Gathering and Arranging from Nature - 1:30-4pm - Saturday 15th June 2019
We are delighted to be offering the good people of Queenstown the opportunity to take part in two glorious floral events in one day. The afternoon session (1:30-4pm) will have our lovely students learn about how to gather and forage elements from their natural environment; from the roadside, the orchard, the farm or their own backyard. There is always something beautiful to put in a vase.
A vase will be provided, as well as a selection of stunning market-fresh blooms. You will also choose from a gorgeous bundle of these foraged foliage elements, and get creating under the guidance of Vida Flores' head tutor and founder, Davina Prankerd. This class will be wonderfully creative and an enjoyable way to learn how to put together floral arrangements for your own home.
The class will be held at an exclusive Gibbston Valley residence (address to be confirmed upon booking).
We would also like to invite you to join us for lunch before the class (or between classes if you are doing both). $20pp for a delicious lunch, and tea and coffee also. Please choose the 'class with lunch' option upon booking if you intend to stay for lunch. Lunch will be from 12-1:30 (between both classes).
ALL materials are included in the price (there is no need to buy extra materials for this class).
